Why are the Candidate Details Blurred?
If you find that certain candidate details are blurred, it's because you haven’t unlocked their profiles. To access the blurred information, you'll need to unlock these profiles.
How to Unlock a Profile
- In the candidate's profile, click the ‘Unlock Profile’ button. Each unlock will use 1 credit from your account. If you don’t have credits, you can purchase them here.
View Complete Information
- Once unlocked, you can view the complete contact information, including the candidate profile, professional background, and other relevant details.
