How to Share This Job with Hiring Managers

Share a job on Iris with your hiring manager so they can easily source, shortlist, and track potential candidates by following these steps:

1. Click on “Jobs” on the left-hand panel
2. Select the job you want to share with your hiring manager
3. Then, click on “Share Job” located on the top next to the job title
4. After a pop-up appears, click on “Add Member” and write the hiring manager’s email
5. Repeat this action until you have successfully added all team members
6. Lastly, click on “Send Invite”

Alternatively, you can share by copying the job link. Simply click on “Share via Link”.
