How to Add Notes to Profiles

After you have sourced candidates and created a job, you can add notes to their profiles for better tracking and communication.

Here’s how you can add notes:

Select the candidate you want to add notes for.
You will be able to view their profile. Beside the Profile tab, click on the Notes tab.
In the text box below, add your note. For example: "Hey Abdullah, I think this candidate can be a great fit for the marketing team.”

Notes are helpful for tracking candidate progress, sharing insights with your team, and personalizing future communications.
