Reaching out to candidates? Now you can start an outreach campaign using your personal Outlook email. Here’s how to integrate Outlook into Iris and communicate with candidates with your pre-existing email.
Click on “Integrations”
Identify the “Integrations” tab on the left side of the page and click on it. After doing so, you'll find a section labeled “Outreach Messaging.” at the top of the page.
Integrate Outlook Email
Under “Outreach Messaging”, you will see the Microsoft Outlook tab. Click on “Sign in with Microsoft Outlook”. You will be directed to the Outlook login page, where you can enter your log in details or click on an existing email. Allow Iris to access your Outlook email details, and proceed to connect your Outlook with Iris.
Starting an Outreach Campaign
Once connected to Outlook, you can create a job, source candidates, create a talent pipeline, and start an outreach campaign using your Outlook email account.
Removing Outlook Integration
To remove your Outlook email, return to the “Integrations” tab and simply click on the “Disconnect” button under Microsoft Outlook tab in “Outreach Messaging”. Doing so will end any active outreach campaigns you have with your personal Outlook email account.
