Once you create and start an outreach campaign, you can now connect with your personal Gmail account to message candidates. Instead of starting an outreach campaign with the company email, here is how to integrate your Gmail into Iris.
Click on “Integrations”
Click on the “Integrations” tab, located on the left-hand side of the page. There, you will see a section called “Outreach Messaging” on the top.
Sign in with Gmail
Under “Outreach Messaging”, the Gmail tab is first in the row. Then, click on “Sign in with Gmail”. You'll be taken to the Gmail login page, where you can enter your personal account details.
Start an Outreach Campaign
You can now select your personal Gmail account instead of the company email to carry out an outreach campaign.
Removing Gmail Integration
To unlink your Gmail account, go back to the “Integrations” tab and click the “Disconnect” button beneath the Gmail section in “Outreach Messaging.”
This action will also terminate any ongoing outreach campaigns conducted through your personal Gmail account.
