How You Can Move Candidates from ‘Shortlisted’ to ‘AI Video Interview’
Once you have shortlisted candidates, you can move them to the 'AI Video Interview' stage for further evaluation. Of course, you will have to set up the AI Video Interview first.
Here’s how:
- Select the candidate you want to move to the AI Video Interview stage.
- In their Profile, click on the ‘Move to’ button on the right.
- Select ‘AI Video Interview’. Your selected candidate will be moved to the ‘AI Video Interview’ tab.
This will allow you to assess the candidates further using AI-based video interviews.
