What Happens After Outreach

Once you start Outreach, the candidate will receive an email or a LinkedIn message with a link to apply.

Candidates who are interested will be redirected to your job post page where they can sign up and apply. Once they apply, they will be moved automatically from ‘Outreach Pending’ to the 'Shortlisted' tab.

Candidates who are not interested will be moved to the ‘Excluded’ tab.

For the candidates who accept the outreach, you can either initiate the AI video interview or reach out directly to schedule an in-person interview.

P.S. The Shortlist tab shows candidates who have applied either through our link or via a job board.
