How to Configure Ranking After Sourcing Candidates

Here’s how you can sort through sourced candidates based on the criteria that matter to you most.

Configure Ranking

Follow these steps to enhance your candidate ranking:

Once you've edited filters to get relevant matches, you can further refine the candidate list by adjusting the ranking. Simply click ‘Configure Ranking’ at the top right to sort candidates based on your preferred criteria.

Ranking Criteria

Here are some of the categories you can sort through to rank candidates based on pertinence and importance.

  1. Recent Job Title: Select the most important recent job title(s) held by the sourced candidates.
  2. Location: Choose the candidate’s geographic location that you are specifically looking for.
  3. Industry: Specify the most relevant industry that you are seeking candidates from.
  4. Companies: Identify which companies are most essential for the candidate to have worked at.
  5. Education Degree: Pick the education degree level the candidate has achieved that is most suited for the job position.

Apply Changes

Once you have selected your filters, click on ‘Apply’ in the bottom right corner.All sourced candidates have been ranked and organized according to the filters you've prioritized for the open position.

Reset Changes

In case you want to redo the configuration, click on the ‘Reset’ button to empty your filter selection. Then, apply new filters accordingly.
